4. Ordering and Enquiries

Orders are currently processed via WhatsApp, phone or our online enquiry form. The ordering process is as follows:

1. You send an enquiry via WhatsApp, phone or the website form.
2. We confirm availability and price.
3. You confirm you wish to proceed.
4. Payment and collection/delivery are arranged.

A contract is formed between you and Durga Designs when we confirm your order and you confirm payment or provide a deposit. Before that point, either party may withdraw without obligation.

5. Pricing and Payment

• All prices are in pounds sterling (GBP) and inclusive of any applicable taxes.
• Prices for custom tailoring are confirmed after measurement consultation.
• We accept cash, bank transfer and, subject to availability, card payment.
• A deposit may be required for custom stitching orders.
• Full payment must be received before delivery or handover of goods.

8. Custom Tailoring Terms

• All tailoring work is carried out by Misha Tailoring, a service of Durga Designs.
• Prices for custom stitching are confirmed after an in-person measurement appointment.
• Once tailoring work has commenced, deposits and advance payments are non-refundable unless the work is faulty.
• Completion timescales are estimated and not guaranteed, but we will always inform you if there is a delay.
• You are responsible for providing accurate measurements or attending for fitting if required.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including text, images, logos, layout and design — is owned by or licensed to Durga Designs. You may not reproduce, distribute or use any content without our written permission.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Durga Designs shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential losses arising from use of this website or our products and services. Our total liability to you shall not exceed the price you paid for the relevant product or service.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any liability that cannot be excluded by UK law.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
